Activate All Cheats
Complete the whole game once (including New York) and all cheats will be activated in the cheat menu.

Hints
Drive on the Ocean
Pick the Miami level.  Drive on the corner, by the ocean.  Get a cop to ram you on the side.  If he hits you just right, you will get shot through the barrier, and onto the beach.  Now you can drive any where around the city, and the cops can't get you.Keep trying until you get it. And its a good idea to have the Invincibilty on.

Parking garages:
If you are in a parking garage or are close to one and being chased by a cop go in it once you go up a ramp quickly go right back down the other one and you should be way ahead of the cop.

Or if you go high enough in a parking garage the cop won't follow you all the way up usually. So you can go up farther and fly back down the ramp to get out!

If you are on the mission were you are driving the taxi then you have to freak him out. A quick way to do it is to go over a ramp in a parking garage and you should scare him. But you have to be going fat enough to get air.

Escape Police
When a Police Car is behind you, slam on the brakes until he hits you then immediately put the car in reverse. When the policeman says he lost you hit the gas!!

Pedestrian cars:
If you are being chase by a cop and you want him to leave you alone bump in to some car on the side and they will stop in the middle of the road and the cops will usually him them.

If the cops set up a roadblock and there is a pedestrian car in front of the roadblock ram him a he will bust through the road block for you.

Use a pedestrian car as screen if a cop is coming the opposite get on the side of the car and he would usually run into if you are on the right side.

How to stop faster:
If you just hit the brake you will take longer to stop. But if you hit the brake with the hand brake you should stop a little faster.

The faster way to take off in the rain:
If you burn out in the rain then it takes longer to get up to speed because it doesn't grip as fast, so just use the X button to take off.

Training in the parking garage:
You have to beat this to play under cover. When you first take off use the burn out button and when you are around the last pillar hit the brake and hand brake. And that will take care of burn out, brake, hand brake and speed. If it doesn't take speed of it then you hit the bakes to early. For the slalom you need to weave in and out of the pillars you just need to tap the hand break. Everything  else you should know how to do.
